The TICKR FIT armband works, but the strap is the part that dies first: the hook loses its grip, the band stretches, and a monitor that shifts on your arm starts dropping readings mid-interval. Replacement bundles usually mix sizes, so half the pack never gets worn. These are four identical straps in the size you actually need, perforated the whole way for airflow, and they slide off the monitor for a cool hand wash when the week gets sweaty.

Slide the monitor off the old strap
Step 1 of 5The pod lifts straight out of the band. No tools.

Thread the new strap through the pod
Step 2 of 5Feed the wide end through the slot until the hook patch lines up.

Wrap and close
Step 3 of 5Around the bicep, roughly two fingers above the elbow crease. Pull the hook snug.

Check the fit
Step 4 of 5The monitor should not slide when you shake your arm. A little rotation is normal.

Ride
Step 5 of 5Put the monitor back on and forget the strap is there.
- Slide the strap off the monitor before washing. The band goes in cool water by hand, never in the machine.
- Air dry flat. No tumble dryer, no iron.
- Check the hook patch now and then. Once it stops gripping, replace the strap instead of tightening it harder.
- Keep the band out of a hot car - elastic that has been stretched by heat does not fully recover.
