The rules of using ROAMVUE.com.

ROAMVUE is the brand that makes these products, and ROAMVUE is the seller named on the Amazon listings for them. Amazon provides the storefront, takes the payment and, for these items, ships them from its own fulfilment network. When you buy one of these products, your contract is with ROAMVUE, and Amazon operates the shop you buy it in.

This website does not take payment, does not process orders and has no checkout. Every "Buy on Amazon" link takes you to an Amazon listing where the order is placed and paid for.

This site also runs a newsletter and an optional account area. Those are operated by us, and those terms apply to them.

The text, layout and product photography on this site belong to ROAMVUE or to Amazon, which supplies the product images. You may read the site, link to it, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish large parts of it, or use it to pass off ROAMVUE products as your own.

Third-party names and marks. Product names, logos and compatibility references used on this site - including Wahoo, KICKR, TICKR, TICKR FIT, Shimano, SRAM, XD and XDR, Zwift and ISO 4210 - belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the products this site is about and to state which products are compatible with which. ROAMVUE is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of those owners unless a listing says so in writing.

Accounts are optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself and for anything done through your account. You may not use an account to attack the site, its other users, or our team. We may suspend or close an account that does.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account or to subscribe to the newsletter. The site does not ask for your date of birth and cannot check it for you, so by creating an account or subscribing you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 16, do not create an account, and tell us and we will remove anything you have sent us.

The specifications, dimensions, compatibility lists and descriptions on this site are a summary, and they are provided for convenience. The product's own listing on Amazon is the authoritative version: its price, its stock status, its warranty text and its full specification are set out there, and that listing is what governs the purchase.

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free of error, and we do not warrant that anything described here is fit for a particular purpose. Please check the Amazon listing before you buy, particularly fitment, and ask us if anything is unclear.

ROAMVUE does not see or store your payment card details, and it never handles your money - but ROAMVUE is the seller for the products it sells, so the product itself is sold by us, and our warranty terms on the listing apply to it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, that any product will be in stock on Amazon, or that the information here matches the Amazon listing.

This disclaimer covers the website only. It does not touch the warranty that comes with a product. That warranty is the one stated on the product's Amazon listing, it is given by us as the seller, and it is not withdrawn by anything on this page.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. In particular, nothing here disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose in a jurisdiction where they cannot be disclaimed, and nothing here limits the remedies you have under a written warranty we have given you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ROAMVUE and anyone involved in producing this site are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for anything relating to this site is limited to US$100, or the price you paid for the product concerned if that is lower.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any product defect. This limit does not apply to your rights under the written warranty on a product, to your right to a refund for goods that are faulty, not as described or damaged in transit, or to any claim that cannot lawfully be limited. For a product defect, use the Amazon process and the warranty on the listing.

This site links to third-party websites, principally Amazon. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, products, availability, policies or practices. Review their terms independently before you rely on them.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the version then in effect.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that part is read down to the smallest extent that makes it enforceable. A failure to enforce a term once is not a waiver of it later. We may assign these terms to a successor of the business; you may not assign them without our written agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. By using the site you agree that any dispute will be brought before the state and federal courts located in California, United States, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident somewhere else, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country, and it does not stop you bringing a claim where you are entitled to bring it.
